Very rare cassette from french collective artists living in Châtearoux, little city lost in Berry, the center of France, related with La Sonorité Jaune.
Experimental and synthetics stuff, with some flavour of hermeticism and mysticism and some puns in a Duchamp way.

Industrial music for Berry People. Ripped by Rainier Lericolais who curates the Le Berrython exhibition in Art College of Châteauroux, 6 October-2 December 2017.

A taste of the Châteauroux Underground : influenced by TG, Psychic TV, Nurse With Wound, Robert Haigh, Berry Traditional Instruments, Concrete Music, Poetry, German Electronica and a touch of Nonsense
Rainier Lericolais compiled this for your pleasure. It's look like the TOUCH Compilations : some experimental stuff between broadcast recordings and some traditional music. But it's not Java or Bali, it's Berry, Center of France, and more precisely the Châteauroux scene which grew in the 80s around Pascal Dauzier (aka La Sonorité Jaune and SJ organisation) and V.-E. DISCOGS : "Born in late 1997 the Vienna-based Nový Svět set out to bring some confusion into the so-called industrial uniformity. The group is neither tied to any musical style nor to any language. Each of the five albums released (Rumorarmonio, Faccia a faccia, Cuori di petrolio, Venezia, Chappaqua) introduced the always growing audience to a new aspect of the group.

All tracks recorded in 1985 except B2 (1990) and B3 (1996). Mastered from reel 2-track and cassettes, no noise reduction used.
Most of the material has only been available on tapes before but here in a different mix than previously released, a few of them are exclusive. Very dark analog synth music, spaced out and psychedelic atmosphear. Vinyl limited to 300 numbered copies.

While Makoto remains mostly behind the scenes handling technical aspects of the music, Chako is a visual spectacle of wild or spikey hair, flowing priestess gowns, strange talismans and heavy, morbidly styled makeup.
* Alan Moore, regarded by many as the greatest ever comic-book writer ("Watchmen", "V for Vendetta" and "From Hell"), Moore has also shown a major interest in magick and the occult and has worked with a number of musicians to release his particular philosophies in musical form, like Tim Perkins (who recorded 5 records with A. Moore) and David J (Bauhaus, The Jazz Butcher, Love And Rockets, The Sinister Ducks)
* 70 Gwen Party : Experimental rock band from UK, centered around guitarist Victor N'Dip.

David Legrand, from La galerie du cartable and member of the Châteauroux Underground, will be acting as VJ at the The Night of the Freaks, Friday, January 28th at Le Gambetta, during the set of the goth-dark-indus-post-punk band PREMA†NOCTE.

The scene of the eviscerated monk used in the videoclip "Blood For Kali" is an unused footage by La Galerie du cartable for the Shadow's Dialogues.

"On this live track from the legendary Kreuzberger Club SO36, appears a Special Guest - with its own microphone and spotlight - a water kettle on a hot plate.
