Announced as the first meetings of video art schools in France, the festival Bandits-Mages was created in 1992 by a group of students at the Fine Arts School of Bourges. In 1993, the festival takes an international dimension and this video production of some fifty art schools in France and abroad. By 1994, it opens the young independent artists and develops multimedia programming historical and contemporary, broadening its scope of action in several cultural sites in the city of Bourges. Free access and free, the festival is open to everyone and offers over a period of four to five days a programme of video and film screenings, exhibitions, performances, debates and round tables. This year, the Portugal's art scene is under the spotlights (Miguel Palma, Joao Seguro, Margarida Gouveia, Joao Tabarra, Catarina Campino, Francisco Queiros, Joacélio Batista, Joao Paulo Feliciano).
And la galerie du cartable will showed his latest movie, shoot in Luang-Prabang (Laos) and Châteauroux (Berry), the Shadow's Dialogue #9 : Robert Filiou & the Luang-Prabang Students.
Other stuff involving members of la galerie du cartable will be scheduled like the trailers for "la psychanalyse de Vierzon", Radio108 the radiobroadcasting with Philippe Zunino, the BUP movies by Nicolas Boone.
