FAD GADGET - COLLAPSING NEW PEOPLE

Incroyable Frank Tovey qui, à la fin des années 1970/début années 1980, inventa une synth-pop exigeante qui influença durablement la scène des années 80 (Depeche Mode, Erasure, Human League et autres groupes à synthés).
Fad Gadget était connu pour des lives ébourrifants, voire très violents, où il mettait son intégrité en danger.
Il est mort en 2002, d'une crise cardiaque, à 45 ans.
Amazing Frank Tovey, who in late 70's/early 80's, initiated the 80's synth-pop wave and influenced the likes of Depeche Mode, Erasure or Human League. His liveshows in the early 80´s were quite wild and unique, often ending with the man injuring himself... He died in 2002 of a heart attack at the age of 45.
